How to use Reports to show incidents opened and closed using a line graph

As the title says, I want a line graph or a bar graph where I want to represent incidents opened and closed week-on-week. It should look like something in the image below. The blue line represents the incidents open week-on-week. The orange line represents the incident closed. Any help is appreciated.

This really helped, thanks. So, this is what I did. Created a new Line Type Report which trends Incidents by Opened date. Then I added a Dataset which trends Incidents by Resolved date.
