i understand is to use this : https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/how-to-import-data-from-sql-db-to-servicenow/m-... 

 

but when troubleshooting on the network layer , we are not seeing the mid server attempting to connect on the firewall and it got this error that the connection have failed to connect to the sql server . any idea how to troubleshoot this ?
