How to validate/set fields values for pop-up window browsers for ATF testing?

In the Incident form, When I submitted the form then I'll get "Relatedlist". In the relatedlist section I want to add 'AffectedCIs section which will open new window browser, there I want to select some Item. How can I test/achieve this in ATF testing?
