How to view all incident Request RITM SC TASK and Interaction data in one table

All tables are part of Task so that is one, but Interaction table is different and do not inherit Task. So how we can create one table or report.

Technically, you can build a database view of the Task and Interaction tables, but make sure there is something common between them to join the data. If there is nothing common, it will not work.

However, I would not suggest creating a database view because the Task table is huge, and building a database view on it may impact performance. It’s better to keep them as two separate reports.

Alternatively, in the report, you can use the Data Set feature, where you can build a report on multiple tables and display the results in one place.
