I got "Invalid 'Choice' record even though the selected Table 'Case' is in the current application"

Hi,

 

In case form resoution code field--> dictionary entry form is global scope but under that choices is case scope but i want to edit the choices but i am not able to edit it it is showing error below screensort.

Can anyone please help on this. It will be usefull.

@mania Looks like you are not creating the choice in the correct scope. Please refer to this support article for more information https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0824064

Hi @mania Edit the choices for Resolution Code in case form from Customer Service Application.
