In My Incidents page, when I go into an individual incident, it is labelled 'My request' instead of incident.
How to change or remove the My Request title in Service Portal?

If you want to simply remove the 'My Request' portion, you can do this via the sp_page record in the 'Dynamic page title' field. Although your screenshot shows the ticket page (based on the id=ticket in URL) it looks like you're actually viewing standard_ticket page.

Hi @deepikarama
This is coming from the widget, which I don't recommend changing based on incidents or requests. It's more about educating the user on how the system has been designed. Additionally, if you notice, when you click on "My Request," you can see both incidents and requests.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

"My Request" is a generic text which is used for INC or REQ or any type of request raised by user.
Why you wish to change it?
Also customers are migrating to ESC portal and they are not using SP portal
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
