Is it possible to create a custom role and change the incidents that are displayed depending on the group that has been assigned the custom role?
I want to control the incidents that can be viewed by the custom role.
Is that possible?
I have created a custom role, but how do I set it up afterwards?

remember there is already 1 OOB query business rule on incident table. you will have to update that
Also remember you will have to update the OOB table level READ ACL to accommodate this custom role
