Hi,

 

I want to create a report to the below information.
Name of Report:  Average Response Times
Type of Report:  Bar Graph
Data Elements Required: Total # of Cases
                                          Average Days Open
                                          Percentage
Date Range: Rolling 90 Days
Frequency: Monthly

I tried something like this:

I think this can be easily do able via PA not in standard reporting.
