Hi,

I want to create which is Department is NOT Network how to write a script for the same.

Please help me out with the script so that I don't want to show some of the items Department is Not Network.

Please explain your business requirement.

I could see you are trying to create a user criteria and want to show it only for few departments, what next?

Requirement:

I have 236 departments are there, i want to create a user criteria which will allow only 

"Department=! Network" / Department is Not equal to Network

Here i can't select 235 departments instead i want to add some script so that it will fetch the users whose department is Not Starbucks.

Please help me on the same.

But where you want to add this criteria, like at Incident form or portal or knowledge base where you want to add.
