I want to populate assignment group automatically in incident table through VA

Hi,

 

When i am trying to create a incident request through VA it is showing the below attached error.

I want to populate assignment group automatically in incident table through VA but i have tried to give backend name and group sysID but below is the attachment of error.

Any help will be gratfull.
