Impact of removing sn_hr_core.admin role from admin

Is there any known issue or platform impact if we try to remove or restrict sn_hr_core.admin from users having the admin role?

As informed by me earlier, once you remove HR admin from admin role basically that user can't see any HR related modules, tables etc
No licensing impact with regards to ITSM
Licensing for ITSM and HRSD is different as the roles are different
