Impacted services data is not showing in the change request

Hi All,
I had a request that as part of the change review process, when a change is submitted it should pick up the related impacted services based off the CIs attached to the change
But the impacted services tab has No data when the change is submitted
Can anyone help me in this please

Thanks for the links it is helpful. But my question is it is not working only for one change request only. the impacted services are triggering to the other change request
