Implementing a prototype integration of JSM with Servicenow on developer instance

We are attempting to build a POC for incident synchronization between ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira Service Management (JSM). This involves using the Opsgenie application (installed from the SNOW Store) in the SNOW instance to trigger JSM incidents when incidents are created in SNOW.

Please suggest on steps to install Opsgenie on a developer instance

Hi ,

We do not have a licensed ServiceNow Instance instead we are trying to develop this feature on a developer instance issued by serviceNow for free . My first question was if this integration with JSM is supported on a developer instance.
