Hello friends.
I have an odd issue,
It seems we have an import set running a .csv file that SN has bit off from one of our FTP sites.
It starts chewing through this .csv ... but then it just stops ... it hangs ... and then when I go to assess the status, it just says running.
I have no clue how to troubleshoot this, still relativley fresh to things at SN.
Anyways.
Please let me know if you would like more info or such to help me out.
I'd greatly appreciate it.
I had a hard time finding a ton of info on import set troubleshooting outside of "this is an import set, this is how you use it / implement it ... i know ... i read the how-to as well" ...
