Importing IODC Well Known Configuration Failed

Hi All,

I'm trying to create new IODC identity provider but I get the below error:

"Importing IODC Well Known Configuration Failed. The OIDC Metadate URL specified either cannot be reached or is invalid".

I checked the oidc_provider_configuration tavle and it's empty.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Both are diff issue.Here we are trying to connect our internal IDP which is not available for outside access
