In ATF i have created few of the steps for incident process, once i run those no records are created

Hi,

In ATF i have created few of the steps for incident process, once i run those then no incident records are generated.

 

also no new user has been created if i check in the back end.

Results:

If i check in the back end of the list of incidents then it is showing 67 incidents only.

No user has been created in the back end.

If this is the case can we run the ATF in production. ?

 

Kindly help me out with the explanation.

Hi @kranthi2 When you create a test record and once your test is completed. Servicenow will rollback the performed action, hence your not able to see the actual data in the instance

Could you please elaborate more into your solution. and also can i run the ATF tests in the Prod environment if NOT any primary reason? please explain
