In Record Producer "Map to Field" is not working for Reference field type

Hi,

In Record Producer "Map to Field" is not working for Reference field type.

I have submitted the Record producer with some location as mentioned in the below Screen:

But after submitted it is not getting auto filled instead it is empty field in the incident form.

Hello @kranthi2 ,

It means the record is there in the reference field just the Value is not displaying or it's seems like an empty record so this can be related to the multiple display values.

So in that case please go to your location table and please see for how many fields the display value is true, for that you can refer my above images as well and let me know your response on this.

Under Type Specifications, what is the Refrence qualifier condition you are using?

Also, For the "Map to field" functionality to work correctly, along with the "Map to field" checkbox and the field configured on the variable it needs to be mapped to, there is one more requirement: the "name" field of the variable should be the same as the field name in the table.
