In Requested item, current stage name is not getting updated. How can I get that working?

Hi,

 

Current Stage Name is not getting updated. It remains in requested state only. Even when the request is closed.

How can I get this working?

@Vaishnavi35 Could you please check if your stage field is of type workflow?

Yes.

Stage field is updating correctly but not "current stage name" field.

@Vaishnavi35 Is this a custom field? As the in OOTB there is no such field as current stage name. If this is a custom field then you can sync the value of current stage in it via a business rule.

No it is not. Its an OOB field only.
