In Service catalog, how we can add multiple fields like embedded list

example : 

When we select a an option from drop down, need to displace embedded list of records (multiple records)

when some option is selected you want to show static data or want user to fill some information

1) if you want to show static data then you can use Rich text variable and show the HTML data

OR

2) if you want user to fill multiple rows then use MRVS variable set and create those required variables within it
