In servicenow knowledge article body want to allow video embedding form sharepoint

In servicenow knowledge article body want to allow video embedding form sharepoint sites. We change the properties glide.html.enable_media_sites :  youtube.com,player.vimeo.com,vimeo.com to apend sharepoint.com but its still not loading while youtube.com and other are working.

We have already added as per KB the domain in property still its not working.

Did you try using cache.do? If the issue persists, it’s better to log a new support case or try updating/repairing the Knowledge Management plugin. @kirandhobale
