In SOW, how to clone Post incident report tab

Hello Folks,

I want to clone Post Incident report tab in sow. And I want to add one custom button beside preview and mark published button. Can someone please help me to navigate this page or from where it is coming. Is it posiible to clone or is it good practice to add new button there?

i dont want to create new tab. i want to clone existing tab. post incident review shown in image.

it comes from this OOTB UI Page "$major_incident_workbench.do" and we as admins don't have access to it as code for this is coming from platform level
