In SOW show only 3 previous records of Cab meeting

Hello @all ,

I have created UX list ' Previous cab meeting' I want List to show Agenda Items from previous 3 CAB meetings.

Does anyone know how to achieve this or have worked on this will be helpfull.

Try adding a condition using Created date/time with a date filter.

My thought was slightly different, and I was referring to the Change table. In the Change table, we have the CAB date field, which we can use. If the date is within the last 3 weeks, then only allow it; otherwise, you can apply any other condition.

We can’t directly get the meeting ID, or if you’re creating the list in CAB agenda, then you need to check when the last meeting was closed and then fetch the agenda for that same meeting.

Please try this approach—I haven’t tested it on my end yet, but it should work.

View CAB meeting details 

You can filter the agenda items that you want to view.

• Click the Pending Agenda Items list, and select the All Agenda Items, My Agenda Items, or Approved Agenda Items option.
  Hinweis:

  The list of agenda items appears under the filter condition list, in the order that the items appear in the agenda.
• Click Promote if you want an agenda item to appear at the top of the agenda item list.
