Hi,

In the Incident List view i don't want to edit the Empty fields it has through an error how to configure the same.

If i try to edit the Assignment group list field then it has to some error message.

Hello @SreenadhChenna,

You can make fields read-only in LIST view by creating List Edit ACL's.

This it will make fields editable for Admin only, for all other users name would be read-only.

Similarly, follow same approach for the required fields. 

As per OOB setup all fields are editable in LIST view Incident table. You have to create Above ACL for those columns which you want to restrict editing.
