I have created one inbound action in condition I have added mail id from that mail id email and request should be created.
Team will collect all the request details and sent collated data to the service now for create auto request
Based on request details ,service now auto request needs to be raise
Service now – > Raise a request →JCB →JCB Finance →JCB MDM → Customer code Modification →
Given variable should be auto populated.
Sub Heads → Nurture Business
Sub activities → Depot Updates
