Inbound email configuration

Hi all,
When we submit a catalog item , along with ritm an email will be sent to particular id (xyz@gmail.com).
Email subject contains "test".
We need to configure an inbound action.(not as reply type but as type- New)
That is in the below format:
From:
To:
Subject: your email with subject "test "has been sent successfully.(Here test is subject of email which was sent before).
And this has to be captured in ritm worknotes.
How to configure inbound for this?

Hi @User_267
As soon as email hit in SN , and inbound action trigger, a record will be generated. Use that record to send notification from that table.
Like in your case its RITM.
