Inbound Email Flow help

Can someone please assist with creating an Inbound Email Flow for the following, if you could show me how this would look as I have not had to do this before please.

 

So the scenario is when an email is received from a customers ServiceNow instance i.e. test@servicenow.com.au with the below subject line structure then a P4 case will be created in our instance.

 

An example of the subject line structure is:
“Incident# 67890 – Error on webpage”

so
Incident#, then incident number, original subject line
