My 3rd party does not have permission to connect with ServiceNow using internet in its server.
So he needs to send inbound actions to servicenow using mid server, but its not working.
How can we configure this?

B-rad,
I tried to put the midserver user as an integration user in its contact record.

Hi Juliana,
The MID server is only for outbound to communicate to 3rd party application in scenario such as 3rd party is secured and so MID server is installed in 3rd party infrastructure for easy communication from Servicenow. You could get help from 3rd party infra team to access only Servicenow through internet since servicenow can be accessed from any network if internet is enabled.
