How the questions and requests can be avoided from an Incident form?
I am working for a client where incident management module has a Custom field (Case Type) with the following values such as Issue, Request, Questions, Post go live issues. There are non genuine incidents created under issue categorization which suppose to fall under Question or request. What would be the best solution to avoid such issue?
Does OOTB has a field to categorize questions and issues under incident form?
If not, how this can be accommodated with Service Requests and avoid this fields within Incident form?
