Hi Team,
I would like to restrict editing of an Incident Dashboard to admin users only. Users with roles such as itil should be able to view the dashboard but not edit, personalize, or modify it.
What is the best practice to provide read-only dashboard access to non-admin users while allowing admins to retain full edit access?
Thanks.

Hi @SatyamS81441163,
Assuming you have groups of the admin and non-admin users, you would click the Share button on the dashboard, then select your group and choose either Can View or Can Edit, depending on the access you want to grant them.

This I have already done, but I don't wanted this group user to not edit any reports in the records

Refer : Dashboard permissions
The Restrict to role field on the dashboard properties form and dashboard group permissions may have an impact on dashboard permissions. The dashboard owner, and users with pa_power _user, pa_admin, or admin roles can change dashboard properties. Users with the pa_power_user, pa_admin, and admin roles can change dashboard group permissions.
