I have an ACL in ServiceNow with a Read operation that runs on the Problem table. The advanced condition of this ACL contains a script with a GlideRecord to the Incident table. However, there is one out-of-the-box (OOTB) query business rule called 'incident query' on the incident table that affects results if a user doesn't have a role other than ITIL. It is important because certain problems related to specific incidents cannot be displayed if the user isn't a member of a particular group, and that ACL contains more roles than just ITIL. I would like to bypass this business rule without modifying it since it is an OOTB rule. Are there any other options available?
