Incident Template -Deletion Question

"Green Proxy" SN Admin here.... 

I have a user that claims they had a Template and it is missing now. As usual, they blame the system or something else but I am certain they probably deleted it or marked it inactive. Is there a way to tell if they deleted it and how?

Hi @jfifarek2025 ,

If it's deleted, you can navigate to Deleted records module and filter with the date, and probably you can undo it.

Easiest would be take input from them and create a template for them.
