Inquiry on Creating a Custom External Content Connector in ServiceNow

Hi,

I understand that there are out-of-the-box (OOB) plugins available in ServiceNow for external content connectors. However, I would like to know if it's possible to create a custom external content connector for integrating with a third-party application.

If so, could you please guide me on how to approach this in ServiceNow?

Hi @Prataps135 

So, you want to create a custom connector like the one you shared. I don’t think that’s recommended, as these are OOTB spokes that are available. If you want to build your own, you'll need to create an API and set up an endpoint. Based on your requirements, I still suggest using the SN spokes/connectors.
