Instance Issue

I have facing issue with PDI i will try to login but it's showing "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." from the last three days.

 

I will attached the screen shot for reference puepose.

This is your PDI instance.

 

Unfortunately there is no support for PDI instance. Since this is happening from last 3 days its best to release and request for a new instance.

I encountered a similar issue recently, and my instance became available again after 2-3 days. I recommend waiting patiently for a couple of days, as it might resolve itself. However, if you haven't used your instance for more than 10 days, ServiceNow may reclaim it. If the instance remains offline even after 3-4 days, you may need to release the current instance and request a new one.
