Hi

I want to know what is the purpose of "Run condition" field in the checks. give some examples using that field. Is this field helpful to avoid script or for low code?

Hi @shivaadapa ,

Let's consider u have 10 checks out of which u want to run only 8 checks n rest 2 u do not require now but in future it can be of use. So for those two u can set the value as false for Run Condition field. It will not trigger those checks whenever u r executing the instance scan.

Hi @shivaadapa ,

If u see in the below snip there are 17 checks created on Business rule table. Out of which I have made 1 as false highlighted in yellow.

Now when I run an instance scan lets say on one of the Business rule record. Then from table check it should only run 16 out of 17 as we have made 1 as false. Please see below snip

So if u don't want any specific check to run while performing instance scan u can mark it as false. hope this clears out your doubt.

we have active check box to run the check in the checks why we use run condition extra ?

Hahaha Good Question @shivaadapa. To be honest not sure on this as the active field serves the same purpose. Also never tried to find more on this. I use active field only instead of Run condition field.
