Integration with Microsoft Teams Room Managed services

Any advice on how to configure ServiceNow environment in the Teams Rooms Premium portal for managed services, using a gateway integrations (API's) tool such DataPower?

Hello, 

The link above perfectly describes the steps you have to do. Don't forget to add the incident_manager role for  the integration user.  We have just started using it, so I don't have too much experience with it. For the moment the integartion is working as expected and we find it very useful.

Has anyone made any progress with ConnectWise integration into SN or have any resources you can point to?
Use Case: I have some MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) devices for our conference rooms that are stored and managed there and I will like to pull that information into a dedicated ServiceNow table
