interaction record created is not auto assigned to group

I have wrote assignment rule for particular location queue but still it doesn't assign interaction to particular group what may be missing

Hi, if you share details of your rule (I always think XML is best) then the forum will be able to review and advise, otherwise anyone who responds is just guessing at what you have configured.

Hi manish,
Please make sure the members are added to the group, then impersonate as one of the group member to verify.
Assign role awa_agent to the group member - then it should work.
It is working for me perfectly, but I face other issue, Help here if you faced this scenario,
I created assignment rule based on the "Last Assigned" - Ex-If there are 2 Engineers in the group the first two queues are assigned via awa, but if the 3 queue comes in, even though if the then if one of the Engineer is free, it is not assigning the 3rd queue to the available engineer

This "assignment eligibility" works when Advanced work assignment is set up for walkup. If you have set that up, the interactions will pop up for Agents in "agent workspace".
There is no field like "assignment group" on interaction table. It works in a different way as compared to other ITSM modules.
Please mark this correct/helpful accordingly.
