Our organization is currently running a proof of concept for an interactions‑first operating model within our Service Desk. As part of this effort, we are also transitioning Service Desk analysts to Service Operations Workspace.
Given that we are relatively late in adopting an interactions‑first model, we are interested in connecting with someone who has recently begun—or has completed within the past few years—a similar transition.
