Hi
I'm new to the forum and Service-Now as a product. First impressions are that it looks excellent but also that it is primarily targeted at internal IT Service Desks rather than for deployment in a Service Provider model.
Are there many / any orgaisations out there using this in a Service Provider model (business to business) and, if so, what are your views?
Any feedback is very much appreciated
Brian

Hello Brian,
I worked for a large organization; ServiceNow was the primary tool to deliver IT services and for External customers to receive IT services. The tool also provided information about their infrastructure, CMDB, bandwidth and etc.
Some external customers had their own branding meaning, when users for that company logged into ServiceNow, they had a different look and feel from other customers.
Setting up and management of Domain Separation could be a large undertaking, I guess that would depend on requirements and number of accounts/client you are supporting.
I personally feel ServiceNow is an excellent tool for supporting large external customer and feel that it met our needs.
Good Luck and welcome to user community 🙂
Thanks, Faisal

Hi Brian - I recently joined ServiceNow and am heading up a business unit specifically focused towards external customer support application. I would like to learn more about your needs and discuss how best we can streamline what we offer already from ServiceNow today. If you are at K15, we could also meet and discuss in person.
