Is it possible to have multiple delegates?

I have a user who wants two delegates, and she wants each to receive approval emails. I only see one firing. Is it possible to have multiple delegates?

Yes, Make sure both delegates have the CC Notification box checked.

If they both do, are you sure the start/end dates for the one that is not firing is correct?

CC notifications is set on both, and both have the same end date.
