Is it possible to restrict end users from accessing the UI and just to the Service Portal?

@Jerome Walker I have a similar use case to the one you described were you able to get the UI Script to work or what modifications did you have to make?

We have not had a chance to work on this, because of other higher priority items, unfortunately. I'm not sure when we will address this. Maybe someone else will chime in. Apologies,

Thanks Jerome, this works.
Just be sure not to block yourself out of your own instance in case you don't have the itil role (otherwise you'll have to impersonate/ask a user with both admin and itil roles to undo the action...Christen Mitchel on a PDI 😅)
Could this UI Script be heavy and impact performance a lot?
