Is it possible to use both Entra ID and LDAP for authentication in ServiceNow?

Hi,

We already have an instance that uses Entra ID for single sign-on (SSO).
Is it possible to add LDAP authentication to this instance as well?

If it is possible, would it be technically feasible to authenticate with LDAP when a user does not exist in Entra ID?

In other words:

Attempt authentication via Entra ID first
If no credentials are found in Entra ID, authenticate via LDAP
If this setup is not possible, what alternatives or recommended approaches could be considered?

Thank you in advance for your help and insights!

Regards,

Tetsuya

@Tetsuya3

yes this is possible.

But I have seen many customers using only SAML (SSO) for authentication
