Is ITIL role is required to take assessment (asmt_assessment_instance) and to visible RITM

Hi Team,

Even through Due date is passed the state is not moved to cancel 

am aware that OOB  there is job runs every 30 days as per kb https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0676810

but I didnt find the JOB

and what is the exact role required to take assessment
what is the exact role required for visibility of RITM

No, the itil role is not required to take an assessment, but it is generally required to view general Requested Item (RITM) records in the backend.

the job is present in "sys_trigger"
