Is there any way I can display the Form section and Related list in Sys_popup view

Hi,

In "My approval" I have a hover icon to display the requested item form. when I tried to hover a mouse, I can able to see fields only above form section, meaning form section & related list are not visible.

Is there any way I can display the Form section and Related list in Sys_popup view?
