currently Servicenow offered id badge check. in and i have designed a widget to use serial number to lookup the user information to perform check in. in the question, if i have another box in the widget shown below where user enters something in and can it decide is this a inc or req with the current OOB solution that is being offered ? or can it be that after users check in with either method , that on the interaction page it will detect whether is it inc or req?

Hi @chercm
It is a very ideal case and a matured case. To make the system capable to identify it is a REQ or INC , need to provide more data , design the patterns and then it can be do able. This may required machine learning as well.
Is it do able - Yes but mature with time.
