Is there any way we can create summary of work notes by using ServiceNow AI.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be helpfull.

Hi @mania ,

Yes, you can use Now Assist For ITSM, it has the feature of summarization you need.

Its paid. You need to check with your client if they have license for it.
