Is there any way we can create summary of work notes by using ServiceNow AI.

Yes i believe you can create a ui action to invoke the api to summarise. I haven't tried it though.

But as i mentioned before, Its a subscription based plugin so make sure your client/company has the necessary license.

Depends on which Record you need summarisation.

If it for HR cases, then Now Assist for HRSD 

If it is for CSM cases, then Now Assist for CSM

If it is for Incidents, Now assist for ITSM
