Issue related to KB article attachments

Hi All,
Good day !!
We are facing an issue in our customer production instance wherein there are some KB articles where there are huge number of attachments, like 90+ in total.
What is happening is whenever we click on the tickbox beside the attachments at the bottom of the list upon clicking Manage attachments, the pop up window close and the screens blacks out.
The expected result is for the ticked attachment to appear as “selected”, and the options to “rename” or “remove” be available. But what happens is that the window closes and several black speech bubbles appear. We were trying to open the other attachments in this article as well, with the same result.
As per what I have found in community, the limit is only on the size of the attachments. However, the size of the attachments is much lower than the limit.....taken individually or sum total.
I have not found any limitation on the number of attachments in a KB article in community either.
This issue is replicable in subprods as well.
Can someone please let me know whether they have faced a similar issue ? Also our production instance is currently in Utah. Are there any fixes related to KB article attachments in Vancouver ?

We are experiencing this issue as well. Have you found a solution to this?
When clicking the tick box to select attachments, the attachment window either disappears or appears cut off, becoming 1/5th of the original window length, so the 'Choose File' button is no longer available and we can barely see the attachment list.
