Issue while viewing the service portal

Hello,

What are the ways to restrict the users from viewing the service portal.
We are facing some issue for one group, the members of the group are not able to access the service portal.

we have checked the script includes, user criteria ,ACLS,page and portal restriction conditions but there no such restriction found.

@Saptashri Please check your portal pages and see if any roles are specified at page/widget level which your users don't have assigned to them.

Checked with this too but still the user is not able to view.

@Saptashri Can you check if the Draft checkbox on page is unchecked.

Yes, it is Unchecked.
