Issue with Favorites in Madrid - Not saving consistently, or edits not sticking...

We've encountered an issue with the favorites bookmarks in our Production instance, where a user filters a list, and then attempts to drag the breadcrumb to the Favorites section. We are on Madrid Patch 3. 

• The favorite appears on the list,
• • *optionally* The user edits the favorite to rename it and adjust icon or colour, or move it up the list.
  • The user proceeds with his/her work, when the instance is reloaded
  • • the "new" favorite is either back at the bottom of the list, or simply not present. Personalization doesn't stick. 

The only method I've been able to get the personalization to stick is if using the Hamburger menu to "Create Favorite, and then when this is saved, it retains the chosen icon and colour. 

• Of note, I tried to replicate the issue in our Test Instance, and it does not seem to exhibit the same behaviour. The only difference between the two instances is Madrid Patch 4 vs 3, yet the patch notes have nothing on this particular issue. 

Has anyone else run into this issue.
