Issue with picture pasting in test management

I am working on one Ui Macro in which i implemented one column via script which is "comment" and its using xml and jelly and textarea>.

I want to make comment editable for writing as well as pasting the picture directly. How to do that

Hi Tanushree. thanks for your response but its on ui macro page inside system ui. Its not working for this.
